Most of the county’s hotels are in two places on I-24. Kimball has five chain hotels around its interchange, about 20 minutes from downtown Chattanooga. Monteagle, on the Cumberland Plateau, has chain hotels plus the Monteagle Inn & Retreat Center and The Smokehouse Lodge & Cabins. Jasper has one hotel, on Highway 28.
Monteagle is the closest of the three to Foster Falls and the Fiery Gizzard. The town straddles the county line, so check the address if the county matters to you.
